Well-maintained and comfortable hotel, I greatly enjoyed it. The entire staff was very helpful. The venue was set in a very central area near to all the good restaurants and pubs, so many good restaurants and bars around and sea front. It also was in Mumbai.

The rooms were dirty and old, and the shared washrooms were small and suffocating. We were also promised amenities like AC and WiFi, but the room had neither. The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, which was excellent. However, considering the overall condition and lack of value for money, we cannot recommend Carlton Hotel - Behind Taj Mahal Palace Colaba Mumbai for your stay.
